Workday Financial QA Lead - Hybrid

Description:
- 7+ years of QA and testing experience, with at least 3-5 years leading testing teams.
- 3+ years hands-on testing and QA experience with Workday Financials, including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Procurement, Banking & Settlement, Expenses, and related financial domains.
- Proven expertise with Workday Financials test tools, manual testing processes, and automated testing tools.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes; CPA background or financial operations knowledge is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology and using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar for defect tracking and test management.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience with SOX or audit-compliant environments is highly desired.
- Working exposure in Insurance will be a big plus.
