Join Our Overnight Team!

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work overnight and support our grocery team? As an Overnight Grocery Team Member, your role will involve receiving and preparing products, maintaining the floor, and keeping displays and back stock organized, all while adhering to our company standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all products meet our quality standards.
• Sort and scan waste accurately.
• Maintain production and stocking standards.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins, and food preparation areas effectively.
• Keep back stock organized and in good order.
• Handle product check-ins and report discrepancies.
• Assist in receiving and sorting overnight deliveries.
• Arrive punctually, well-groomed, and ready to work all scheduled shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper product handling and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Experience:

• No prior retail experience necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand or walk for 6-8 hours in a workday.
• Perform various physical motions including bending and reaching.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Must be able to work in wet and dry conditions.
• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Use of tools and equipment such as knives and pallet jacks may be required.
• Ladder use may be necessary.

The wage for this position ranges from $17.00 to $25.40 per hour based on experience. Whole Foods Market offers a comprehensive benefits package including discounts, paid time off, health & wellness support programs, and more. After completing 90 days of employment, eligible team members may also qualify for a base rate increase.
