Title: Senior Customer Service Rep

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

Hours: Up to $22/hour, Dependent on experience

Location: Windward, parking is provided!

Great temporary opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Rep with experience in the medical / healthcare field. Conveniently located on the Windward side and parking is provided!

• Managing phone lines, transferring calls, and making outbound calls to physicians to verify information
• Data entry into MS Excel and database with referral and patient information
• Participates in case conferences, staffing meetings, and in-services as required
• Maintains inventory and order supplies, such as forms and training materials

• 2+ years of administrative experience, healthcare background is preferred
• Ability to multi-task, work with different departments, and prioritize
• Proficient in Excel and ability to learn computer programs quickly!
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
