Join Our Team as a Certified Nurse Aide - Full-Time with Weekly Pay & $1500 Bonus!

Are you a Qualified Caregiver with over 6 months of experience? Are you passionate about providing comprehensive care to those in need? Wilson Care Group is looking for dedicated Nurse Aides/CNAs to be part of our FLOAT program, where you can enjoy flexible scheduling and competitive pay!

Your Schedule, Your Choice:

• Choose between 2 or 3 days (20 or 30 hours of float availability) at $17.00/hour
• Availability of 4 to 7 days with increasing compensation:
  • 4 Days (40 hours of float availability): $700.00
  • 5 Days (50 hours of float availability): $800.00
  • 6 Days (60 hours of float availability): $900.00
  • 7 Days (70 hours of float availability): $1,000.00

Earn an annual salary ranging from $39K to $54K based on your FLOAT contributions. Reach out for more specifics!

As a Float Nurse Aide, your skills with Hoyer Lifts, Gait Belts, and Slide Boards are essential. You will provide care to a diverse population, including clients with varying needs such as aggression, dementia, hospice, and stroke recovery. Experience with bed baths, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance is crucial.
