As a member of our Federal Consulting organization, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, integrated software solutions within budget and to our clients' satisfaction. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage processes that enhance efficiency. This position requires multitasking across various projects, providing regular updates to sponsors and executives, and exercising independent judgment in a project lead role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead strategic process improvement initiatives across the Oracle Health Federal Consulting organization
  • Manage project milestones and conduct regular reviews with project teams
  • Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues as needed
  • Direct project resources, financials, and scope in alignment with contractual obligations
  • Drive client value by establishing baseline metrics and managing key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze structured metrics reports and dashboards to provide timely insights
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve client objectives
  • Create and implement communication plans to foster team cohesion
  • Work effectively across a matrixed organization to deliver clear narratives and outcomes

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a project management role
  • At least 1 year experience in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or related client-facing roles
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant education or related work experience
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport within a matrixed organization
  • Informal leadership experience, offering guidance and constructive feedback
  • Experience utilizing data to drive improvements
  • Proven ability to autonomously manage projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI
  • Exceptional business judgment and communication skills
  • Proven capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adept at creative problem-solving
  • Innovative mindset and flexibility

Expectations:

  • Willingness to relocate to a virtually approved location is required
  • Availability for travel up to 100% as required
  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as necessary
  • Adhere to corporate security policies and procedures, ensuring the safeguarding of assets
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range from $87,000 to $178,100 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and equity. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement plans and paid time off.
