As a part-time Senior Brand Advocate, you play a vital role in bringing our brand to life every day! Your mission is to create an exceptional shopping experience for every guest that walks through our doors, leaving them with a smile and a memorable impression. You proudlyrepresent our company and are passionate about fostering brand loyalty among our guests. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work each day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You love connecting with people! Using the AEO Selling Model, you engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they need with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Your passion for AE & Aerie products is contagious! Guests look to you for product knowledge and recommendations that cater to their individual needs.
• You share the brand enthusiasm! You are excited to introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• You can adapt quickly! Regardless of the role-Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom-you seamlessly transition and excel in each area.
• You excel at problem-solving! Your priority is to enhance the guest experience, and you can proactively address concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You thrive in a team environment! You're always ready to extend a helping hand to your colleagues.
• You uphold integrity! You consistently make ethical decisions and follow AEO's policies and procedures.
