Role: Workday Compensation Consultant
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Plano, TX

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Expertise in Workday functional configuration tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management) with at least 6 years of experience
• Experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform with at least 2 years of experience
• Proficiency with calculated fields or custom reports with at least 3 years of experience
• Prior experience in the client's industry is a must for this position
• Education Level - Bachelor's Degree is mandatory in the field of Computer Science

• 7 years of experience with Workday functional configuration
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment
• Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking or Performance Management)
• 4 years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting
• 4 years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB's)

• Collaborate with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
• Translate business priorities while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet business needs
• Deliver solutions in Workday across various modules through efficient processes while maintaining high standards
• Communicate effectively across teams, stakeholders, and influence solutions across business partners
• Support clients during annual events such as Talent/Performance, Merit, and Open Enrollment
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with HR partners for innovative ideas
• Continually research, test, and stay updated on Workday updates and capabilities
• Maintain thorough documentation for system implementation
• Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting and resolving issues
