Join Our Team as a CDL A Delivery Expert!

$1500 Sign-on Bonus

Paid out in installments of $500 after 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months of full employment. As a Delivery Expert, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality products to various customers, including those in the Foodservice industry. Your responsibilities will include driving our delivery vehicle, stocking shelves, and managing inventory effectively. You will create attractive displays, set up promotional materials, and handle invoicing and daily cash settlement.

This position requires physical stamina, as you will be regularly lifting and loading products. Expect to lift cases weighing between 20-45 pounds repeatedly and occasionally push or pull loads ranging from 40 to 150 pounds. You will also engage in reaching, squatting, and bending to ensure successful product delivery and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver products and implement promotional activities as scheduled.
• Complete all scheduled deliveries by the end of your shift.
• Merchandise all accounts according to local standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contacts at each account.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass the DOT drug test and DOT Physical.
• Must have a valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable).

Helpful Experience:

• Proven experience driving trucks with a valid U.S. CDL license.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and adherence to them.
• Effective merchandising of products.
• Experience using equipment for transporting loads (e.g., pallet jacks, dock plates).
• Strong ability to document DOT regulations and maintain current documents.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

As this role involves fieldwork, including visits to various customer locations and interactions with employees and vendors, a review of your criminal history will be part of the hiring process in compliance with applicable laws. A conditional job offer will depend on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
