Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Service Dispatcher in Honolulu, Hawaii to coordinate technician scheduling, manage customer communications, and support daily service department operations.

- Support accurate record-keeping that drives better service delivery and accountability

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers, technicians, and internal teams to manage technician dispatching and scheduling
- Ensure efficient and accurate communication between managers, administrators, and field technicians
- Create service work order tickets and distribute them to the appropriate parties
- Compile, update, and maintain service department records including maintenance reports, contracts, warranty logs, and renewal notices
- Provide clerical and administrative support including answering phones, scanning, filing, and document preparation
- Compile and validate timesheet reports and coordinate with payroll as needed
- Assist with ordering parts and collecting payment information as directed
- Provide constructive feedback and ideas to support process improvement initiatives

Requirements
Must-Haves
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and customer-facing interaction
- Reliable and punctual with a professional, team-oriented attitude

Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a mechanical contracting, HVAC, or construction service environment
- Familiarity with service management or dispatching software
- Background in customer service or call center operations
