As part of our team, your role will be to deliver exceptional post-sales support and solutions, advocating for customer needs. You will resolve non-technical customer inquiries and provide technical assistance for our Electronic Support Services. Acting as a main point of contact, you will enhance customer relationships with Support and guide internal Oracle teams through diverse customer situations.

Qualifications:
12+ years of proven experience in SCM solutions and 3+ years with Oracle SCM Cloud implementations/support.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong professional and technical knowledge of applications, with a preference for Oracle systems.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities:
As a Lead Techno-Functional Analyst for Oracle SCM Cloud, you will proactively support, implement business solutions, and manage risks to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will develop automated tools to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively. Recognized as a technical expert, you will guide Oracle, our partners, and customers in navigating complex implementation environments.
This position is classified as a Senior Tech Manager, Global SaaS & Apps Delivery, focused on functional specialties.

Salary Range and Benefits:
The hiring range for this role in the US is between $46.30 to $95.91 per hour, translating to an annual salary from $96,300 to $199,500, with potential equity eligibility.
