Job Responsibilities
Job Duties -
Software Design & Development
Module Development: Design and develop high-quality, maintainable software modules for the product suite.
Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and specifications to create detailed implementation designs.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously update professional knowledge of new technologies and integrate them into the product suite.
Quality Assurance & Testing
Testing: Conduct unit and integration testing using appropriate methodologies to ensure code quality.
Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve software-related issues originating from both internal and external customers.
Leadership & Best Practices
Mentorship: Mentor team members in proper software engineering methods and techniques.
Code Review: Review software engineering approaches and solutions to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Change Management: Manage change control processes, including entering, transcribing, and maintaining information in written and electronic forms.
General Responsibilities
Complete responsibilities as outlined on the annual Performance Plan.
Execute special projects and other duties as assigned.
Perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Conduct unit and integration testing using appropriate methodologies and techniques.
• Analyze requirements and specifications, creating detailed designs for implementation.
• Analyze and resolve software-related issues originating from internal or external customers.
• Continuously update professional knowledge of new technologies as integrated into the Cotiviti, Inc. product suite.
• Manage change control processes: enter, transcribe, record, store, and maintain information in both written and electronic forms.
• Review software engineering approaches to solutions to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Mentor team members in proper software engineering methods and techniques.
• Complete responsibilities as outlined on the annual Performance Plan.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required Skills -
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of industry specific experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processing.
• Demonstrated proficiency with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Working knowledge of RDBMS such as SQL Server, MySQL, or SQL programming skills.
