In this role, you will take charge of staging and destaging properties, ensuring all tasks are completed on time while keeping precise inventory records. We are looking for someone who combines artistic creativity with meticulous attention to detail. This position also demands physical stamina and the ability to manage heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Home staging consulting, working with the clients current belongings
• Fully Staging homes - packing, unpacking, decorating, styling
• Physically able to move and lift furniture with one other person
• Coordinating, Renting and Driving rental vans around the island
• Proactive and Clear Communication with clients to coordinate and set expectations during the listing process
• Maintaining tongg+partners standards in design and customer service
• Coordinating long and short timelines

Qualifications

• Interior Design experience or general knowledge of design
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to learn quickly
• Honesty and integrity
• Ability to design creatively and coordinate timelines
• Tech friendly for use of task systems and shared calendars
