In this position, you will be responsible for staging and destaging homes, ensuring timely completion of all assignments while maintaining accurate inventory documentation. We seek a candidate who blends creative vision with exceptional attention to detail. This role also requires physical endurance and the capability to handle heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Home staging consulting, working with the clients current belongings
• Fully Staging homes - packing, unpacking, decorating, styling
• Physically able to move and lift furniture with one other person
• Coordinating, Renting and Driving rental vans around the island
• Proactive and Clear Communication with clients to coordinate and set expectations during the listing process
• Maintaining tongg+partners standards in design and customer service
• Coordinating long and short timelines

Qualifications

• Interior Design experience or general knowledge of design
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to learn quickly
• Honesty and integrity
• Ability to design creatively and coordinate timelines
• Tech friendly for use of task systems and shared calendars
