About Our Client Our client is a long-established, global company within the food industry. This position reports out of their Wilton, CT office four days a week with one day work from home.The Compensation Specialist role is a highimpact opportunity for someone who loves being at the center of fastmoving HR operations. In this position, you'll be the goto partner for regional HR teams - managing daily workflow, ensuring spotless data integrity, reviewing job architecture, and keeping every compensation action moving smoothly. No two days look the same: you'll juggle system approvals, realtime pay questions, and daily problemsolving that keeps the organization running. If you thrive in a role where accuracy meets momentum, this is the perfect blend of structure, ownership, and collaboration.You'll also play a key role in the company's annual and midyear compensation cycles, preparing data, auditing files, maintaining policies, and contributing to highvisibility projects.

This position is four days a week on-site in the Wilton, CT office.
Job Description - Analyze compensation data to ensure market competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR and management to evaluate and update pay structures and policies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation trends and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Support the development of incentive programs and salary increase processes.
- Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate salary levels for positions.
- Provide guidance and training to HR team members and managers on compensation-related matters.

The Successful Applicant A successful Compensation Analyst should have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Knowledge of compensation practices, trends, and regulations in the Business Services industry.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems, such as Excel and compensation management software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams and with stakeholders.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
