We are seeking a Station Manager to lead and oversee all aircraft maintenance operations at our Honolulu station. This hands-on role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance while maintaining high standards for quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The Station Manager will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate technical operations, and serve as the primary point of contact for airline customers, ensuring their maintenance needs are met and expectations exceeded. Responsibilities. Lead, supervise, and mentor maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Oversee all daily aircraft maintenance operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
