Department operates 7 days a week.

In-office training: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (schedule provided when hired).

Regular shift: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Tuesdays-Fridays & Saturdays 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Corporate office setting with occasional physical activity (e.g., sitting, standing, walking).

• Daily Reporting & Forecasting
• Booking Error Management
• Grid & Load Management
• RMS & HUB Operations
• Administrative & Communication Duties
• Additional Responsibilities: Blue Light Office Setup
• Data Collection & Setup
• System Reporting, Load Planning, & Adjustments
• Hub Request Management
• Quality Assurance & Documentation
• Collaboration & Training

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

• Experience in data and analytics, hospitality, customer service, or administrative coordination.
