The Business Implementation Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a seamless transition for new customers into RJW's Consolidation Programs. This position is responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process, serving as a liaison between internal teams and the customer to ensure accurate setup, clear expectations, and operational excellence from day one. This role focuses on delivering a white-glove onboarding experience that mitigates common start-up errors, ensures knowledge continuity, and lays a strong foundation for long-term success. The Specialist acts as the customer's advocate during onboarding, ensuring that all relevant internal departments are aligned to support the customer's unique needs.
