Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with store leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, stockroom areas, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.; Support loss prevention awareness by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with incident response, and following post orders related to retail operations and customer-facing environments.
