• Homecare Home Base and OASIS - [REQUIRED]
• COVID and FLU vaccine - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT] Will not take declinations!
• Bachelor's degree - [preferred]
• Case Manager experience - [preferred]
• Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS established rate)
