Pay: $18/hour

Experience: At least 2 years of general office experience required.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Claims Intake Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Process First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims received via email, fax, and mail.
2. Enter claim information into the claims management system and upload documents.
3. Handle inbound claims and inquiry calls from customers and providers.
4. Monitor shared Outlook mailbox and route emails and faxes appropriately.
5. Scan and validate incoming claims mail and perform quality checks.
6. Route operator calls to appropriate departments.
7. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

1. Must be able to type 40-45 words per minute.
2. Must have basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
3. Must demonstrate strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
5. Must communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
6. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
