Four Seasons - 92-1001 Olani Street - Responsibilities: Deliver food orders to the guest in-room and transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner; Greet guests and describe menu items with details on origin, taste, and preparation methods; manage tray/dishware removal; Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment setups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations; Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond to concerns promptly; Properly close guest checks securing room number and signature; settle voided checks or complimentary meals
