Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing or reception-related roles preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Triage and Check-In Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Review entrance guidelines with members and visitors.
2. Sign in members and visitors during open enrollment periods.
3. Direct members to appropriate service representatives.
4. Provide front desk support and manage visitor flow.
5. Ensure a smooth and organized check-in process.
6. Assist with general administrative or front desk duties as needed.

Position Requirements:

1. Strong verbal communication skills.
2. Professional demeanor and presentation.
3. Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner.
4. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
5. Ability to remain patient and composed in high-traffic environments.
