We're looking for an experienced Security Communications Center Specialist to join our SOC National Intelligence Division team! The Security Communications Center (SCC) Specialist supports the 24/7 communications center, dispatch, and real-time monitoring services in support of secure government facilities. SCC personnel receive, process, and route emergency and non-emergency calls; monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems; coordinate responses with officers and first responders; and maintain accurate communications and incident records. Duties are performed in accordance with government directives, established dispatch protocols, and site-specific procedures. Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. A CI Polygraph is acceptable pending receipt of a Full-Scope Polygraph, consistent with contract requirements and government approval. U.S. or Naturalized citizenship is required. This position is contingent upon contract award. It is located at Kunia/Wahiawa, Hawaii.
