Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and compliance with location policies and procedures.; Prepare clear reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or observed conditions, and relay relevant information to supervisors and appropriate personnel.
