Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.; Monitor access points and observe public areas for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or conditions that may require a documented response.; Support crowd management and directional assistance during events, high-traffic periods, and/or restricted access activities while maintaining a professional presence.
