Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff; Respond to incidents, maintenance-related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; Monitor access points, observe foot and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured areas, and/or property-related issues; Support daily operations by assisting with tenant and visitor inquiries, following post orders, and maintaining a visible presence during assigned shifts
