Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Make emotional connections with our guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Kamokila
• Enthusiastically greet guests and ensure they feel welcomed
• Accurately take and fulfill orders
• Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in guest recovery
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Cheerful, positive and customer-focused attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task independently and within a team
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have reliable transportation to Kapolei
• Have the ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
