This Technical Project / Program Manager will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI stakeholders to drive delivery across data platforms, analytics initiatives, and AI/ML programs. On a daytoday basis, the role will lead sprint execution, manage multiple data and AI workstreams,track progress, and proactively surface risks and dependencies. The TPM will work handson with data engineers, ML engineers, platform teams, and governance partners (security, privacy, legal) to ensure initiatives move forward while balancing experimentation with enterprise controls. This role will also be responsible for translating complex technical delivery into clear, actionable updates for leadership.
This is a 6month contract with a high likelihood of extension, requiring onsite presence 3 days per week at the Irvine, CA headquarters.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading technical programs across data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives, managing delivery from discovery through production.
Strong technical fluency in data engineering, cloud platforms, and AI/ML lifecycles, including data ingestion, pipelines, model development, validation, and deployment.
Advanced handson experience with Jira and Confluence, including workflow configuration, dependency tracking, sprint hygiene, roadmap visibility, and executivelevel reporting.
Demonstrated success driving crossfunctional delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, Security, and Platform teams within large, matrixed enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models, with experience leading sprint ceremonies, managing programlevel dependencies, and coordinating globally distributed teams.
Experience navigating data governance, privacy, and security considerations, particularly within regulated or enterprise settings.
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical initiatives into clear status, risks, and outcomes.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while driving accountability and delivery.
