The Salvation Army (Western) - 91-3257 Kualaka'l Parkway - Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and events strategy aligned with organizational goals.; Define revenue targets, pricing strategies, and market positioning for event spaces and services.; Oversee all events from contract execution through post-event evaluation.; Lead all aspects of Events team management, including training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and leadership of the Events Coordinator, Events Associate, Party Hosts, and Banquet Servers.; Collaborate with Kitchen Operations, Marketing, and other departments to coordinate internal and external events.
