YOUR ROLE:

The Customer Service Associate is essential in ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our customers. You will greet customers with a smile, assist with their needs, and perform a variety of tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly. Your engagement in these activities is vital to achieving our goals and providing excellent service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prioritize safety by following safe practices and maintaining a secure shopping environment.
  • Interact respectfully and courteously with customers and colleagues at all times.
  • Assist customers by being knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including regular cleaning tasks.
  • Execute daily stockroom duties and merchandise the sales floor efficiently.
  • Maintain awareness of loss prevention standards and protect company assets.
  • Adhere to all cash handling policies while ensuring accuracy with transactions.
  • Show a sense of urgency and productivity to fulfill responsibilities effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand and move around the store for the entirety of the shift.
  • Regular bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting of items over 25 pounds.
  • Use of various store equipment, including registers and cleaning tools.
