Your Daily Responsibilities...

As a Client Engagement Specialist at H&R Block, your mission will be to provide exceptional support and watch the benefits of your assistance unfold in the community. You will cultivate enduring relationships with clients, guiding them to make confident choices regarding their lives, careers, and finances in this seasonal role.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Flexibility to work varying schedules and/or across multiple locations

• Experience in sales or marketing is a plus

Your Contributions to our Team:

• Warmly welcome clients and manage incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner

• Connect clients with the appropriate tax professional based on their unique needs

• Schedule clients efficiently according to their preferences

• Address and meet all client needs, whether in-person, by phone, or virtually

• Maintain a clean and organized office space, collaborating with team members

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Your Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment

• Essential background in customer service

• Ability to effectively multitask

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office

Pay Information:

The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Individual pay will depend on experience, education, skills, and performance. Successful candidates may also benefit from incentive compensation plans that can provide additional earnings.
