Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, SMS, and emails in a professional and timely manner
Schedule and dispatch appointments accurately
Provide quotes and process invoices with accuracy
Use 8x8 system to provide status updates and create service requests
Escalate customer concerns or complex issues when necessary
Maintain accurate records and customer information
Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required
Call center experience preferred
Auto industry experience is a plus
Understanding of the collision industry is highly preferred
Strong phone presence (inbound and outbound calls)
Comfortable using Windows-based systems
Skills & Abilities
Basic computer skills
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with Microsoft Teams
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
