As a Student Peer Mentor, you will play a crucial role in helping first-year students transition to SNHU and maximize their college experience. You will work part-time under the guidance of the Associate Dean. Your mentorship will be vital in supporting the engagement and success of at-risk non-traditional students through personalized guidance and programming.

Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this position is $15.87 - $25.41, with a target hiring range of $17.54 - $23.74, reflecting skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
