Essential Responsibilities for Service Team Members:

• Deliver an exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them warmly, serving delicious food, and managing transactions accurately at the cash register.
• Keep the restaurant clean and well-organized to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.
• Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and high-quality food.
• Be adaptable to work in various roles including Front Counter, Drive Through, or Kitchen in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily objectives in a fun and positive setting.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and helpful with a positive attitude.
• Previous operations experience is a plus, but not required.
• Some high school education is preferred.
• Food Handler certification may be needed based on local regulations, at your expense.

Physical Requirements:

In this role, you will be working in a kitchen environment where heat and noise levels are often high. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential!
