Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or travelers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government aviation location; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, administrative areas, curbside zones, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor access points and restricted areas, check identification and/or credentials as required, and help to maintain orderly entry and exit consistent with site directives; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site representatives and/or public agency partners as needed; Complete reports, incident logs, and shift documentation, and communicate unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns through established channels
