Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential common areas, amenities, parking areas, and the property perimeter, noting irregular activity and documenting observations.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site management and/or local emergency services as needed.; Control access where assigned by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials when required, and directing visitors to the appropriate location.; Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate shift updates, and report maintenance hazards and/or policy violations through the proper channels.
