Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a government transportation location; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with crowd management, access issues, and/or disruptive behavior; Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, curbside lanes, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards and maintenance concerns for reporting; Monitor access points, restricted-entry doors, and credential checks as directed by post orders, documenting observations and reporting irregularities through the established chain of command; Complete required activity logs and incident reports, communicate via radio and/or phone with site contacts and public agency partners as needed, and support screening and queuing operations when assigned
