Overview:
As a Product Intake Lead, you will support the Client program through cross-functional collaboration, technical coordination, and structured execution. You will contribute to risk identification, issue resolution, and alignment of program activities across diverse stakeholders. Your work will strengthen decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and promote successful modernization outcomes. You will also support documentation, communication, and reporting essential to a highly integrated technical environment with increasing emphasis on architectural alignment and technical governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with technical and functional teams to support Client objectives
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation planning
• Prepare documentation, reports, and structured communications
• Facilitate collaboration across stakeholder groups
• Track tasks, deliverables, and progress across assigned work areas
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical or operational issues

Here is what you need:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze complex issues and support decision-making
• Experience with documentation and structured reporting
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with productivity and tracking tools
• Understanding of core architecture concepts (system interfaces, integration patterns, data flows)

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred for senior or technical leadership roles.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience supporting Client or other federal programs
• Knowledge of healthcare IT or EHR systems
• Background in cybersecurity, data, engineering, or operations
• Experience participating in or coordinating architecture governance or technical review boards

$115,000 - $125,000 a year
