Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a hotel setting.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including guest concerns, disturbances, and/or suspicious activity, and escalate per post orders.; Conduct regular and random patrols of the lobby areas, guest room corridors, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.; Conduct patrols of exterior areas such as entrances, loading areas, and parking areas, noting hazards or maintenance issues and reporting them through the appropriate channels.; Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and coordinate with property management and/or local responders as directed by site procedures.
