Position Overview:

We are hiring independent Customer Service Representatives to support clients in various industries, including retail, travel, utilities, and healthcare. In this role, you'll assist customers by phone, chat, or email-resolving issues, answering questions, and providing excellent service. You will choose your schedule, projects, and workload, making this a great opportunity for self-starters seeking work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and empathetic support to customers via phone, chat, or email
• Follow client-specific procedures and use tools provided to resolve inquiries
• Maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment during scheduled hours
• Attend and complete any required training or certification for selected projects
• Communicate effectively and escalate issues when needed
• Adhere to performance metrics and client guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, call center, or remote support experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work
• Computer with Windows 10 or 11, reliable internet, USB headset, and a quiet workspace
• Must be comfortable completing unpaid client certification programs (typically 2-4 weeks)
