The Salvation Army (Western) - 91-3257 Kualaka'l Parkway - Responsibilities: Maintain availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.; Monitor and manage the work order system to ensure timely completion of outstanding projects.; Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive preventative maintenance programs.; Maintain and repair high-voltage electrical systems, HVAC systems, and pool filtration systems.; Provide technical guidance to management regarding the maintenance, repair, renovation, or replacement of equipment and facilities.
