Project Delivery Manager

You'll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.

Work You'll Do

1. Lead planning, coordination, and evaluation of operational and strategic concepts that support theater-level campaign objectives and orders.
2. Analyze force employment options and recommend approaches that improve survivability and combat effectiveness, including relevant concepts, technologies, and solutions.
3. Assess long-range and contingency plans and produce analytical reports to drive continuous improvement of plans and orders.
4. Identify planning and operational vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations to improve readiness and execution effectiveness.
5. Produce concise written analyses and recommendations on specific operational issues to inform decision-making, resourcing, and joint/partner integration.
6. Provide specialized operational planning support, including technical guidance, coordination of planning activities, and tailored support to joint/interagency/partner initiatives.
7. Support partner force integration and capability development (e.g., secure command and control, operating in contested environments, amphibious planning, and joint training), and contribute to exercise design, execution, and assessment (including validation of concepts of operations and tactics, techniques, and procedures).

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's Degree in National Security, Public Policy, International Relations, Strategic Studies, or a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• 8 + years experience in operational planning, campaign assessments, joint/combined operations, or force integration.
• 3 + years of experience producing operational/strategic analytic reports and recommendations.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required
• Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Honolulu, HI.

Preferred

• Masters degree preferred.
• PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications perferred.
• Proficiency in a Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin is strongly perferred.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $188,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
