Centric Elevator is seeking to hire a highly motivated Branch Manager who will oversee all areas of the business including P&L, sales, field operations, customer relations and most importantly, ensure a happy work environment by embracing our philosophy that we are a customer centric company, and our employees are our number 1 asset towards this goal.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a successful team of salaried and field employees.
- Drive revenue growth to meet or exceed business objectives.
- Manage the Branch's P&L with successful supervision of all departments.
- Assist in collections on problem accounts.
- Work closely within the sales department to build the organization's customer base, participating in bid proposals for large projects and encouraging strong customer relations.
- Manage all field activities for the most cost-effective results.
- Lead by example Centric's commitment to safety and oversee the company safety program. This includes performing safety audits and stressing the importance of safety to all employees.
- Monitor the branch's current year's budget and preparing yearly branch budgets.
