Rosewood Hotels - Eho Street - Responsibilities: Craft house-made syrups, coconut cream, and fresh fruit juices daily, ensuring consistency and quality for our cocktail and non-alcoholic beverage program.; Accurately batch cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages according to precise recipes, maintaining flavor profiles and presentation standards.; Fill requisitions for bar supplies, including garnishes, mixers, and other essentials, to keep the bar fully stocked and prepared for service.; Maintain a spotless and organized prep area, including cleaning surfaces, tools, juicers, and prep equipment before, during, and after shifts. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.; Stay updated on current cocktail trends and contribute innovative ideas for new syrups, garnishes, or beverage concepts to enhance our menu.
