Working in conjunction with the Chief of Human Resources and senior leadership, the Director, Head of Total Rewards is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of all total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, and retirement, as well as ensuring that the organization's Total Rewards strategy is aligned with the Company's business objectives. The Director, Compensation & Benefits will also lead and manage the Total Rewards team to deliver on key objectives, including but not limited to, salary structure maintenance, incentive and sales commission plan design and review, compensation market reviews, benefit program plan design and review, and managing the day-to-day administration of the benefits programs and vendors.
