We are looking for a Director, Cluster Leader, Unified Client Portal to join the Development team within the Information Technology (IT) department. They will lead and execute the cross functional workstream for Unified Client Portal. They will own the project management of the workstream implementation, product itself, and prioritization of capabilities.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Regularly delivering features in an agile way, delivering against the strategic priorities and business outcomes of the workstream.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement championing the use of automation, metrics, and AI to create efficiency and enhance business intelligence.
  • Understand the service line business processes and solutions for the workstream.
  • Manage partner expectations and competing requests for the shared product.
  • Partner with the Service Lines' Functional Product Owners to implement a solution that delivers the planned ROI for the firm.
  • Partner with the Technical Product Owner to ensure technology solution meets functional requirements.
  • Own strategic direction of the product.
  • Manage escalations and blockers ensuring alignment of solutions with corporate priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, security, and financial standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships ensuring top talent is allocated to the firm, timelines and quality of deliverables is met.
  • Ability to operate at multiple levels as the situation requires (e.g. hands on problem solving, strategic, etc.).
The ideal candidate must:
  • Have a bachelor's degree.
  • Have at least 8 years of experience managing multi-business stakeholder projects.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience owning and implementing a product.
  • Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and levels.
  • Be highly inquisitive and proactive partner to business and IT stakeholders
  • Have PE experience (preferred).
  • Communicate a compelling vision and practical execution plan.
  • Have demonstrated success in execution, from strategy creation to post implementation operations.
  • Have experience in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Possess strong financial skills - experience quantifying ROI, establishing and managing budgets, evaluating investment cases.
  • Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Be a results-oriented leader, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and heavily adaptable to the evolving business landscape.
