PURPOSE

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in providing an exceptional food experience. Your tasks will include being a Register Operator, Drive-Thru Cashier, Food Prep and Cook, and contributing to the Cleaning Crew.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

REGISTER OPERATOR

  • Deliver fast, friendly service to create a positive customer experience.

  • Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders.

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders in the register.

  • Prepare drinks, ensuring they meet quality standards.

  • Review orders for accuracy before serving.

  • Effectively communicate customer requests and kitchen needs.

  • Responsibly handle cash transactions.

  • Assist with food preparation and maintain a well-organized kitchen.

  • Keep dining and service areas clean and well-stocked.

  • Conduct routine cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards.

DRIVE-THRU CASHIER

  • Engage with customers using electronic communication to take orders accurately.

  • Prepare beverages and verify order accuracy.

  • Process payments and manage cash efficiently.

  • Keep the drive-thru area clean and organized.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet speed and quality service standards.

CLEANING CREW

  • Follow direction from the Manager to ensure overall cleanliness in the restaurant.

  • Keep the dining room, including tables and floors, inviting and clean.

  • Restock condiments and maintain drink stations.

  • Monitor and ensure restroom cleanliness and supplies are adequate.

  • Maintain a tidy exterior to enhance guest impressions.

  • Assist guests to enhance their dining experience.

Health and Safety - Self

  • Always prioritize your safety and that of your teammates.

  • Take ownership of your wellbeing and follow safety protocols.

  • Immediately report any injuries, accidents, or hazards to management.

Other Responsibilities

Perform additional tasks to support the restaurant's overall operations.

PARAMETERS FOR SUCCESS

  • Complete essential functions efficiently.

  • Prioritize safety in all daily tasks.

  • Engage positively with team members and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Some high school or equivalent education is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate is required.

  • Must be able to move for extended periods (up to six hours).

  • Good hearing for customer interactions is essential.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently.

  • Stand and walk throughout the workday.

Hourly Pay: $17.00
