Join our team as a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support within our pharmacy department!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and assisting with their needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently on the cash register while ensuring a pleasant checkout experience.
• Assist pharmacists in a variety of tasks related to pharmacy operations, including retrieving and processing prescriptions under direct supervision.

Enhancing Customer Experience:

• Engage with customers to resolve issues and answer questions to ensure their satisfaction.
• Share best practices in customer service with team members to cultivate a delightful experience for our guests.

Operational Duties:

• Deliver quick, efficient, and friendly service to all customers.
• Recommend products to customers and assist them in finding items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring all merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
• Accurately enter patient and prescription information into the pharmacy systems, supporting the pharmacists in their daily workflow.
• Report any prescription errors immediately and adhere to all company policies regarding safety and quality improvements.
• Handle phone calls that do not require the pharmacist's attention, processing clerical tasks efficiently.

Training and Development:

• Earn and maintain necessary certifications that align with state requirements.
• Participate in training programs and continuously update knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy practices.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a retail environment, ideally in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong math and computer skills are a plus, along with knowledge of inventory control.
