Gecko Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic catering sales plans to drive revenue; Proactively build relationships with clients, conduct site tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts; Collaborate with catering, sales, and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution and manage event details (BEOs, resumes, billing follow-up); Stay informed on industry trends and represent the hotel at community and industry events; Support the Catering Coordinator while fostering a collaborative team environment
