Pay Range: $17.00 to $22.50 hourly

Operations department is responsible for golf and tour reservations for Tachibana Enterprises, LLC.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and process reservations, and communicate with drivers to ensure smooth operations.

Reservations and booking:

1. Correspond with customer and supplier inquiries, and finalize reservations and booking information.

1. Communicate with the team, vendors, and any other stakeholders.

Communication with drivers:

1. Assign vehicles and ensure all movements run smoothly.

1. Communicate with drivers to update movements when necessary.

10%

Golf equipment:

1. Assist drivers and farm-out companies with golf equipment rental.

Other Duties:

1. Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Education and Experience

1. High school diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Possess more than one (1) year of experience in the travel industry or equivalent skills.

Skills and Knowledge

1. Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
2. Possess knowledge of the tour industry, tour movements, and arrangements; possess understanding of Japanese culture and etiquette.
3. Possess working knowledge of basic computer systems, application programs such as Microsoft Office, email, and standard office equipment.
4. Able to plan, organize, and assign the activities of drivers.
5. Possess accurate math skills including usage of 10-key calculator, to be able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Working Hours:

1. Normal business hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday - Saturday, including holidays, as needed
2. Overtime may be required with prior management approval.
3. Regular attendance is required for this position and you may be required to work after normal business hours and/or on weekends.

Working Environment:

1. Air-conditioned office and/or remote workplace.
2. Work can be performed remotely but may be required to report to the Tachibana Enterprises office 4 times per week or as required.
3. Subject to varying weather conditions, up to and including, noise, pollution, dust, fumes and vehicle exhaust.

Equipment Used:

• General office equipment including phones, fax, copier, personal computer, scanner, etc.
• Software includes the use of Windows operating system, MS Office.
